Physical scale models of homes, apartment buildings, housing societies and residential schemes — built for design presentation, sales showcases and client approvals.
Residential projects are often the hardest to explain from drawings alone. A buyer, family member or approving committee wants to feel the height of the building, the relationship between blocks and the quality of the open spaces. A physical model answers those questions at a glance.
We build residential scale models from your architectural drawings and 3D models, at a scale and level of detail suited to how you will use the model. A single villa might call for fine facade detail at a larger scale, while a housing society may read better as a smaller, context-rich model showing the whole layout.
Whether the model is destined for a sales office, a planning presentation or a family discussion, we agree the scale, finish and display base with you first, so the finished model does exactly the job you need it to.
What this includes
Detached houses, villas and bungalows modelled to show massing, elevations, terrace levels and landscape setting.
Multi-storey residential towers and apartment blocks with facade detail, balconies, podiums and amenity areas.
Multiple-building layouts and housing society schemes showing blocks, internal roads, open spaces and boundaries.
Models built for sales galleries and launch events, finished to present clearly and travel safely to site.
Why choose us
Scale and level of detail are agreed around your presentation and the space available, so the model reads clearly rather than simply being large.
Models are developed from your plans, elevations, sections and 3D files, keeping the physical model faithful to the design you are presenting.
Materials and finishes are selected to suit the project, its scale and how the model will be used — from clean presentation pieces to detailed exhibition work.
From enquiry through to delivery, you deal directly with the people making your model, with the scope and quotation confirmed in writing before production.
Effort is concentrated where the model needs to persuade — facades, entrances, landscaping, context and the aspects your audience will focus on.
Models are built for a specific use — client approvals, sales galleries, investor meetings or exhibitions — and finished to travel and display well.
Our process
A simple, transparent sequence from first enquiry to final delivery.
Send site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and any 3D files or renders. Tell us how the model will be used and the space available to display it.
We review the project with you and agree the model scale, model size, level of detail, materials and finishes, display base and any lighting.
You receive a project-specific quotation covering the agreed scope. Production begins once the scope and commercial terms are confirmed.
The model is built and progressively detailed. We share progress updates and can adjust agreed details as the model develops.
The finished model is inspected against the agreed scope, packed securely and delivered or handed over as arranged.
FAQs
An architectural scale model is a physical, to-scale three-dimensional representation of a building, site or development. It is built from drawings and digital models to show massing, form, spatial relationships and context. Unlike a 3D render on a screen, a physical model can be viewed from any angle, walked around and presented directly in a meeting, sales office or exhibition.
Scale and model size are chosen together. The two questions that matter most are how much detail the model must show and how much space is available to display it. A small 1:200 or 1:100 model suits a whole building, while a master plan may read better at 1:500 or smaller. We suggest a scale once we understand your presentation and the space you have.
Materials and finishes are selected to suit the scale, purpose and budget of each model, and options range from standard presentation finishes through to detailed, exhibition-grade work with integrated lighting. Because availability and suitability vary by project, we confirm the exact materials and any lighting approach with you during the scope discussion rather than publishing a fixed list.
Yes. Models are often purpose-built for a specific use — a client approval meeting, an investor presentation, a sales gallery or an exhibition. We can tailor the scale, the level of detail, removable sections, the display base and any lighting to match how you intend to present. Tell us the presentation context and we will shape the model around it.
